is covered by all insurance companies, however we can certainly assist in your checking coverage.

Payment plans can sometimes be arranged on
certain items.
In some cases you may be subject to deductible and / or a co-pay. This can vary widely depending on your Specific Plan within
the Insurance Company. This can usually be determined up front and the financial responsiblity can be discussed. At
